Please read through the information provided below, explaining all the "fine print" about your session, proofing, and ordering.

Deposit/Session Fee:

The deposit/session fee covers my time and talent, and secures your date and current prices. The deposit must be received in order to hold your session. This fee is non-refundable, but I will gladly reschedule for illness, weather or unforseen circumstances. Please notify me 48 hours before your session if you need to reschedule. For all regular sessions (excluding senior/grad session), your session covers up to 5 people. Additional people may be added at an additional cost of $25 per person. You are responsible for covering additional fees and costs associated with location choice (admission fees, parking, etc.). Travel within a 20 mile radius of 76182 is included. Any additional travel will be invoiced based on time and distance. Contact me for pricing. If there is rain in the forecast on the day of your session, I will contact you at least a day before your session to reschedule. No shows forfeit the deposit/session fee.

Online Gallery/USB:

In most cases, I will post a sneak peek from your session on my Facebook page within two to three days after the shoot. Within two to three weeks, I will place proofs from your session in an online password protected gallery and you will be able to download your digital files directly from the gallery. Please feel free to share the gallery link with your family and friends. If you have questions about your gallery, or would like something in black and white, etc. please reach out. I am happy to help. :)
USB- I will provide a hard copy of all of the photos from your gallery on a custom USB drive once your gallery is complete.
You have printing rights up to size 8x10 with your session from a printer of your choice. If you would like to order prints/canvas/products from me, I will provide an order form with your USB drive. In most cases, you will receive your order within 2 to 3 weeks from the order receipt date. Certain custom items take longer. Should you need to order additional photos after your initial order, all files from the session are kept for six months. Due to the nature of custom photography, all sales are final. Prices at the time of the session are honored for 30 days. Because all prices are subject to change, prices at the time of ordering apply to all orders placed for archived images.
Quality of prints: I guarantee that the portraits you receive meet the highest standards in every respect. I want you to be more than pleased with your images, however I can not guarantee the quality of images that have not been professionally printed by me through my lab. Images printed through other labs are not calibrated to the colors in your images, and therefore I cannot guarantee the quality should you choose to print through your own lab.
Digital Images: All digital images come with a print release to print images sized 8x10 or smaller. All large wall prints should be purchased through me to guarantee quality. Some images (particularly those shot in low light) may have visible film grain when enlarged too much. This is normal, but may not be aesthetic. In addition, if you crop an image in too tightly, you will lose resolution and may cause it to be pixilated when enlarged. To ensure the best print quality, try to avoid altering your images before printing. I am not responsible for printing errors or for quality of prints or products not printed directly by me.*
Credits and Special Offers: All special offers and credits are non-transferable and not redeemable for cash. If you receive a credit, please make sure to indicate this in your order form before submitting it with payment. Credits cannot be reapplied once payment has gone through.
Copyright: All images taken at your session will be copyrighted by Natalie Hodges of Juniper House Photography and are protected by Federal Copyright Law. I retain the copyright to all images, even those purchased as a digital file. Please respect my livelihood and the care and attention paid to each of your images by adhering to copyright laws. Scanned or reproduced images are both illegal and a degradation of the original image quality.

Image Release and Facebook Sneak Peek:

I would love to include my favorite images from your session in my portfolio, both in print and online. In addition, I would love to post a sneak peek of your session on my Facebook page within several days after your session. By agreeing to this optional image release, you grant Juniper House Photography permission to use images from this session in Natalie Hodges' portfolio, website, blog, marketing materials, magazine ads, and displays without additional compensation.
